Camping at the Base
| Camping at the Seaplane Base is limited to seaplane pilots and immediate family. The beauty and tranquility of this facility is kept by the small space and numbers of people we have staying at the base. Your friends are welcome to visit and enjoy our daily activities. For those families meeting their fly-in pilot who have a motor home are welcome in our motor home lot. We have facilities for both generators and non-generators. Generators will be limited to our outer parking lot. Non-generators and tent camping will be in our shaded camping area. No electricity is available in our campground. Toilets are provided near our tent camping area next to the shower facilities. |
| Keeping Wisconsin's mosquitos under control at the Seaplane Base is done by fogging, and is a necessity or they will carry you away! Fogging is typically done on calm mornings and evenings and PA announcements are made prior to to starting to fog. |
